Hattus Books

...ordinary people write extraordinary books

Hattus Books- India is a young and emerging publishing house situated in New Delhi. For the meantime, we would be handling fiction and travelogues from all parts of the world. But the main aim of this house is to publish works that are 'multicultural', that's to say, cross-over. We would be publishing, yearly, novels and travelogues that have deep-rooted connection with the East, Africa and Europe. And no matter how bad you think your work is, we simply can tell you that we will make it look better and better.

Presently, we have signed on Onyeka Nwelue, 20 year-old writer from Nigeria to start with, to publish his first novel, The Abyssinian Boy, about a south Indian Brahmin Hindu essayist married to an east Nigerian Christian woman.

For now, what we think we publish is 'cross-over' literature, which definitely is destined to bring together peoples of different cultures in reading together their minds. Although here in the capital, we compete with the best foreign publishing houses, we think we will pull through with our mission.

Never worry that you've been rejected thousands of times. Hattus Books will look into what you have and save you time by getting your words into print and letting the world read it.

We publish what we think we like and not what people like, because we know that ordinary people write extraordinary books.
